Please know that we do not offer refunds unless it's due to a medical/health reason.
In the event you receive a refund, please know there will be a $10 processing fee.
If you sign up for multiple classes and wish to cancel an enrollment after registering,
you will also be charged a $10 processing fee.
To keep our gym a welcoming and positive place for everyone,
we reserve the right to cancel any enrollment if your child is not behaving in a kind and respectful manner, or is unable to follow the directions from their coach.
As our gym grows, we want the quality of our program to stay intact. To help with this effort, please be sure to sign up for the class recommended on the skill sheet from their previous class. It is always key to have your child in a class that is aligned with their skill and maturity level.
If your child ends up in a class that isn't appropriate to their level, it ends up taking away from them as well as everyone else in that class. We want to help our gymnasts build on the foundational skills needed to progress throughout the program safely and efficiently. Please know that if your child ends up in the wrong skill level class, we reserve the right to move their enrollment (based on availability) or issue a credit to use for a future class.
